This training can be given to a small group in about 2 hours. After this they will be semi-confident. Several hours on the desk with training material in hand will get someone to a competant standard. Be prepared to answer lots of questions!
The training pretty much follows the ETC Ion Training Pack. Not sure it's worth writing that out here as well!
